G&G Medvision is a consultancy that supports companies and organisations involved in medicinal product and medical device research. We bring together clinical research professionals, physicians, medical device experts and legal counsel to help clients prepare new projects, support ongoing studies and strengthen quality.
Our team combines experience from sponsor organisations, CROs, research sites, medical practice and medical device development. This allows us to consider both the objectives of a project and the practical conditions in which it will be delivered.
We work with biotech companies, medical device developers, sponsors, CROs and research sites. Whether you are building your first clinical research programme or looking for expertise to address a specific challenge, we tailor our involvement to your needs and available resources.
We start with your needs
We take time to understand your product, objectives, stage of development and the questions you need to resolve. Together, we identify priorities and define where our involvement can make a useful contribution.
We bring together the right expertise
We select experts according to the scope of the assignment. Clinical, technical, operational and legal input can be combined within one coordinated project, with additional specialists involved where particular expertise is required.
We agree a clear scope
Before work begins, we define deliverables, responsibilities, timelines and the basis for fees. We establish a main point of contact and communication arrangements suited to your team.
We work with your organisation
Our involvement can range from a focused consultation or independent assessment to continuing project support. We work alongside your staff and existing providers, helping turn recommendations into practical actions and informed decisions.
Members of our team combine clinical research expertise with medical practice and hands-on experience of running research sites. This perspective helps us assess how study plans translate into recruitment, participant visits, clinical procedures, documentation and everyday site operations.
Our team includes co-owners of Medicome, an associated clinical research site, and a primary care practice. These connections contribute practical insight into investigator responsibilities, site capabilities and the organisation of patient care.
Where appropriate, selected studies may be considered for conduct at Medicome, subject to feasibility, available resources and the sponsor’s site selection process. Consulting support and potential site involvement are assessed separately, with roles and any conflicts of interest addressed transparently.
Let’s discuss your next step
Tell us about your project, the stage you have reached and the support you need. We will help identify a practical starting point and the expertise required.
Participant safety and reliable evidence
We consider participant protection and the reliability of clinical evidence throughout our work. These priorities inform our advice on study design, operational processes, oversight and quality.
Advice grounded in your project
We assess recommendations against your product, development stage and available resources. We help distinguish immediate priorities from activities that can be planned for later, so that decisions remain proportionate and practical.
Clear roles and independent judgement
We define responsibilities and communicate the scope and limitations of our involvement. Where consulting, audit or research site activities overlap, we address potential conflicts of interest and establish arrangements appropriate to the assignment.
Confidentiality and trust
We recognise the sensitivity of development plans, technical information and study data. We agree confidentiality arrangements and information-sharing practices that support effective collaboration while protecting your organisation’s interests.
